Sales & Refund Policy
My goal is to provide a positive experience to my customers with quality animals and service. If you would like to hold an animal I will require a 25% non-refundable down payment made by e-transfer to email@example.com After full payment has been received I will plan shipping/pick up with you. Shipping is overnight priority through fed ex using reptile express (weather conditions permitting). Must receive shipping payment before I ship the animal. I guarantee my animals health with a 24hr from time of possession as long as I am contacted within that time frame of any issues accompanied by photos. I will offer a refund or similar replacement minus shipping costs. In the event of an animals health issue or failure to thrive after the 24hr period I will continue to offer any support and advice I have. If advice is ignored and I believe there to be negligence the customer will not receive support and will be denied future sales. The reason for this is that I cannot control the environment after the animal is in customers possession.
These policies are in place to protect myself and my business from those who would take advantage. If you have special circumstances there maybe considerations. My reputation means a lot and I want to make sure that all my customers have a positive experience.
